Obituary #1 newspaper clipping:
Obituary of Madge WESTHOVEN
Madge WESTHOVEN, the eldest daughter of Alexander and Dora WESTHOVEN was born at Ada, Ohio, March 10, 1895. She attended the Ada public schools, until about three years ago, when she was attacked with tonsillitis, followed by rheumatism, which finally developed into heart trouble.
She was an ambitious girl, always wanting to do her best in all that she attempted. Only this year, not being able to attend school, she studied her lessons and recited them to a teacher when she was able to go to her home.
she was a lovable and obedient girl, always trying to make others feel happy. She was a member of the Baptist Sabbath school, attending whenever her health permitted.
Her last sickness was of not quite two weeks' duration. Her feeble body could not endure the ravages of sickness and she fell asleep on Saturday evening, Nov 13, 1909 to await the resurrection morn.
At the time of her death she was aged 14 years, 8 months and 3 days.
Whereas, It has pleased our heavenly Father to remove our Sunday school classmate, Miss Madge WESTHOVEN from our midst as well as from the home where she was so dearly loved, therefore be it resolved, by our Sunday school that we hereby tender to the bereaved family, and especially to the mother and sister our deepest sympathy.
Baptist Sunday School.

Obituary #4 newspaper clipping
Sweetly at rest is little Persa Leona, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. RINEHART, who was born Feb. 27th 1882 and died Dec. 4th 1883. aged 1 year, 9 months and 7 days. She was a beautiful child, a pet for all who knew her. Although so young she suffered intensely for weeks until death relieved her from pain, and more kind than disease, gave us a view of her as if sweetly sleeping. Services conducted from the dwelling, after which her little form was tenderly laid near the center of the cemetery, while she is with the angels.
